Whistleblowing
Reporting irregularities.

The AMA S.r.l. whistleblowing system allows the reporting of conduct, facts or omissions that may constitute violations of laws, regulations, company procedures or the code of ethics.

Reports are handled while guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information received and the protection of the reporter within the limits set by law.

Scope of reports
  • Violations of applicable laws and regulations
  • Fraudulent or unlawful conduct
  • Irregularities in administrative or operational management
  • Undeclared conflicts of interest
  • Violations of internal procedures
Reports not allowed
  • Commercial or contractual complaints
  • Customer assistance or support requests
  • Personal disputes not relevant under the regulations

All reports must be sent to the following dedicated email address:

All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Access to the information is strictly limited to personnel authorised to handle the reports.

Any form of retaliation or discrimination against those who make a report in good faith is not tolerated.

Reports must be made in good faith and supported by reasonably verifiable facts.
